  • How to make a purchase?

    • Enter the link www.capris.cr and complete the registration of a new client (personal or business).
    • You will receive a notification to your email where you can access your personal or business account.
    • Search for the product you want through the code or reference, name or brand of the product or else through our search engine.
    • Add the products and their respective quantity you want to the Shopping Cart.
    • Define the shipping address of your order.
    • Select shipping methods.
    • Define the desired payment method.
    • Check the option to Process your purchase.
    • Finally, you will receive a confirmation of your order.
  • Can I make a purchase in the name of my company?

    Yes, you can register with the company data before making the purchase.

  • Where can I find more information about a product?

    You can check the product you need at WS: 89CAPRIS or Tel 8000-CAPRIS

  • What is the delivery time of my order?

    • We deliver in 48-72 hours within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM). The products will be dispatched in a delivery schedule from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am. to 5:00 p.m.
    • Outside the GAM it depends on the location where it must be delivered. You can consult it in the Online Chat.
  • What is the cost of shipping my order?

    • Pick up order at Capris.It has no additional cost.
    • Deliver by regular service.  Additional cost that must be paid by buyer: ¢3955 i.v.i colones.
    • Correos de Costa Rica: Additional cost: ¢4500 i.v.i. Capris is not responsible for the delivery time of the package when using this shipping method.
    • DHL: The system will show you before finalizing your purchase the amount to be paid for using this shipping method. (Applies for local shipments or abroad, in the latter the prices do not include nationalization expenses in destination, which must be assumed 100% by the buyer.
  • Where can I consult about my order?

  • What are the means of payment do you have?

    We accept all credit and debit cards (national and international). Except American Express. Additionally, we offer the payment option with SINPE MOVIL.

  • Do you accept payments with Paypal?

    We currently do not receive payments with Paypal.

  • Do you accept payments with Credix?

    We currently do not receive payments with Credix.

  • What is the guarantee of the products?

    • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product. This information appears in the technical sheet of each product. Additionally, it appears on the printed and electronic invoice.
    • To request the guarantee of a product, it must be presente at our facilities in Uruca with the respective invoice.
  • Can I return a product?

    • The maximum time for product return are 8 days after receipt the invoice by the purchaser.
    • You must submit the original invoice for any return..
    • Damaged Packing or open and altered products by others not will be received.
    • Not will receive cable or chain cut by customer request.
